From Local Roots to Center Stage
What began as a bold vision to build a professional ballet company in Gwinnett has become a thriving reality. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Lori Zamzow-Wire, a group of passionate visionaries came together to create more than a school or seasonal showcase. They built a true company, a place where talented artists can stay, grow, and perform professionally in the community they call home.
Today, Gwinnett Ballet Theatre is the resident ballet company of Gas South District, presenting a full season of ambitious classical and contemporary works. Our dancers are professionals. Our presence is expanding. And yet, every performance is still powered by passion, grit, and the generous support of those who believe in the role of the arts in shaping a vibrant, connected community.
