Gwinnett Ballet Theatre: 2009 - 2010 Payment Policies
Tuition Payments are due on the first of each month, with the first and last month tuition payments due the first week of classes in August This is not a per month fee, but a yearly tuition fee divided into 10 equal payments. There are no adjustments for months with holidays or in months with 5 weeks.
Tuition and Fees can be made to Gwinnett Ballet Theatre or GBT. Payments may be made by check, exact cash, credit/debit card or bank payment check. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. For your convenience we can process your credit/debit card each month, agreement form must be completed.
We offer 2 payment plans for your convenience. You may pay for full year tuition or use our 10 payment plan. A 10% discount will be given to those paying for the full year.
Tuition is considered late after the 10th of each month. A $15.00 late fee will be accessed to the account on the 11th. (This includes payments dated after tuition due date) Late fees will be applied to all monies owed, including Tuition, Costume Deposits/Balances and Production Fees.
Tuition is non-refundable regardless of class attendance. Any missed class may be made up in another class within the month. Make up classes may only be attended in your dancer's level or below.
A $20.00 service/bank fee will be charged for any returned check.
Students with tuition fees outstanding for more than 2 weeks will not be allowed to continue classes until fees are paid.
No refunds on Registration Fees, Costume Fees, Production Fees or unattended classes.
Tuition adjustments due to extended absences for any reason must be approved by the School Director.
The GBT office must be notified in writing when a student withdraws. Full tuition for the month the student stops attending classes and the month following are due. Tuition obligation will continue until written notice is received by the GBT office. Refunds or deductions are not permitted.
